Refund & Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with the fit or quality of your purchase you are entitled to a replacement.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
We reserve the right to not offer a refund if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase.
Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged
by simply posting back.
All cancellations must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised, verified and payment received.
Pre-order items are made to order and you will need to allow around 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Ready made items that we have in stock can be delivered within 1 week.
Please allow longer delivery times during holidays seasons and around Covid Restrictions. All deliveries are done through Australia Post and include tracking.
